Master Operating Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the Remaindme application, using our mobile Progressive Web App (PWA), or utilizing our AI Chief of Staff APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the legal entity on whose behalf you act) and Remaindme Technologies Inc. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer or client, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

You retain 100% full legal title, intellectual property, and copyright over all information you create or upload into Remaindme, including:

• Voice recordings, transcriptions, and meeting notes.
• Strategic decisions, rationale documentation, and context registers.
• Commitments, deliverables owed by you or owed to you by third parties.
• Stakeholder contact directories, relationship dynamics, and executive notes.

Remaindme acquires no ownership rights over your data. You grant Remaindme only the limited, revocable license strictly required to operate, display, and process your data to deliver the AI Chief of Staff functionality to you.

Our AI Chief of Staff utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) and speech-processing models under strict enterprise tier agreements that enforce the following contractual guarantees:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your executive account credentials, password tokens, and multi-factor authentication devices.

• You agree not to share administrative credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• You agree to immediately notify Remaindme of any suspected unauthorized account compromise or security anomaly at security@remaindme.com.
• You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, malicious reverse-engineering, vulnerability exploitation, or denial-of-service attempts.

Remaindme offers free founder evaluation tiers and premium executive subscription plans.

• Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time directly within your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on annual executive subscriptions if you are not fully satisfied with your experience.

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime target for our web application, sync infrastructure, and push alert dispatch pipelines.

Scheduled maintenance windows are executed during low-traffic periods with prior advance notice. While our offline-first architecture allows full local capture and read capabilities without an active internet connection, cloud synchronizations occur automatically once connectivity is restored.

Remaindme is designed as an executive productivity and decision intelligence co-pilot. Remaindme does not provide formal legal, fiduciary, medical, tax, or investment advice.

All automated risk assessments, deadline suggestions, and commitment extractions should be verified by you and your leadership team. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remaindme and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of business operations or third-party reliance.

You may terminate your account at any time. Before terminating, you may download a full machine-readable export of all commitments, notes, and registers via our 1-click JSON/CSV export feature.

Upon account deletion, all database records, cached memories, and cryptographic keys associated with your account are permanently and irreversibly purged from our active systems.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be settled through good-faith executive mediation before formal arbitration.
